7. Third-Party Products

- All refunds, returns, and disputes must be handled directly with the third-party seller
- Life Success Engine is not responsible for third-party products
- We act solely as a listing or referral platform
8. Payment Terms & Authorization

9. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes & Processor Compliance (Stripe/PayPal Optimized)

9.2 Acknowledgment of Digital Delivery
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase
- Access logs, IP address records, timestamps, and download confirmations constitute proof of delivery
- These records may be used to dispute any chargeback claim
9.3 Agreement Not to Abuse Disputes
You agree that initiating a chargeback under circumstances where:
- The product was delivered
- You accessed or downloaded the product
- You failed to cancel a subscription before renewal
…constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
9.4 Remedies for Improper Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Life Success Engine reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke access to all products and services
- Permanently ban your account
- Submit evidence to payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal)
- Recover funds through lawful collection methods
- Report suspected fraudulent activity where applicable
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Life Success Engine is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Share login credentials
- Upload or distribute content to third parties
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
11. Fraud, Abuse, and Access Termination

For reasons including:
- Fraud or suspected fraud
