A warm welcome to the newest Members of Life Success Engine!
Welcome! This Community can change your life.
Be transparent and let people know about your aspirational goals – even if just “hike more,” “restart yoga,” “remodel the kitchen,” or “earn money with a side gig.”
Contribute your theories – that benefits us all.
And mostly drop the pretense: we all can’t help you with your needs unless you are vulnerable and transparent about your needs. What isn’t working in your life? So, share the things you’re brilliant at, talk openly and vulnerably about the things that are currently shitty in your life. The Community is a place to actually use to increase your life’s happiness and success!
Talking openly about what your current goals and being willing to talk about your journey nearly immediately increased the chances you will reach a success far beyond you imagined.
If you haven’t already, would you please post to let us know:
• What’s the most important thing we need to know about you
• What are your current life goals
• Do you have social media accounts we can follow? If so, post them!
• What life success do you need help with?And for all of the existing Members we ask the same thing we always ask of Community Members: whenever you meet another Member of the Life Success Engine, help them in any way you are able.
- Offer the generosity of your knowledge and encouragement.
- Connect to others in the Life Success Engine LinkedIn Professional Networking Engagement Group.
- Follow each other on social media.
- Arrange “meet ups” if you live in the same city, region or nation.
- Have a willingness to meet on the phone or Zoom for brainstorming or mutual support if they’re open to it.
- If you have a job lead or connection that can help someone, offer it.
- Check in with them on their progress towards the goals they’ve set.
- Connect them to other connections you have that would help them.
- Buy their products if you need those products.
- Congratulate them on accomplishments or special occasions.
- Ask others for advice if you need and want advice
- Ask others about how they achieved success.
- Start a Monday Morning Motivator thread or some other thread for mutual check ins and support.
- Become accountability partners, checking in with each other to reinforce taking action and working towards success by deadlines.
- If you can like or comment on their post, ask them how they did, hold them accountable or tell them how proud you are that they took a step forward… Do it.
After all, a “friend” isn’t just someone you have known for a while. A friend is someone who wants the best for you and is willing to put effort into you.
Don’t worry about the takers, there will be a few. Please report it via Support if anyone violates the rules:
- No politics
- No advertising or self-promotion
- Debate is discouraged (and an impotent way of finding truth)
- Advice and sympathy are discouraged (these are about the least important of what you have to offer others)
- Strive to be unconditionally constructive
Just continue giving and trust the process: others will be giving to you.
