      Monday Morning Motivators!

      Good morning and happy Monday, Life Successes! Here’s your Monday Morning Motivator! Copy the following questions and post your answers to the end of this thread to super charge YOUR week!

      • What are your life’s current, top, two or three goals? (Name the large goals – the ones requiring months or years to succeed in.)
      • What progress did you make on those goals last week?
      • What SPECIFIC, TANGIBLE RESULTS are you aiming for in those goals in the next 6 days?
      • What is your largest opportunity this week? (Make sure you distinguish “opportunity” from things you “could” do.)
      • Name ONE (and ONLY ONE) thing you would like to do better than you did last week?
      • What help do you need from us? Accountability ? Brainstorming? Advice? Quality listening while you think things out for yourself? An introduction? Please name what help you need. While I don’t know if someone can provide what you need, none of us can help at all until we know what help you’re looking for.)

      After posting your answers read through other’s answers, give them a shout-out of support and see if you can’t offer them the help that they ask for (because they will do the same for YOU!).

        What are your life’s current, top, two or three goals?
        #1) launch Life Success Engine 2.0
        #2) Sleep. Consistent, early (for me), 7+ hour sleeeeep.

        What progress did you make on those goals last week?
        Further drafting the modules. Released some of the onboarding through the newsletter (if you’re not already subscribed, go here). A friend who has been urging me to produce more coaching content around dating and relationships came over, very sweetly volunteering to help me produce content. (Follow on Instagram if you’d like to see it!)

        What SPECIFIC, TANGIBLE RESULTS are you aiming for in those goals in the next 6 days?
        Huge list and each of the items has a large number of tasks attached:

        •  Purchase and configure funnel builder
        • Finalize and begin to configure new site design
        • Work to finalize the onboarding schedule and materials
        • Begin marketing Life Success Engine 2.0 launch

        What is your largest opportunity this week?
        Ugh. I’ll have to think this one over.

        Name ONE (and ONLY ONE) thing you would like to do better than you did last week?
        Sleep. My sleep continues to be really disordered. Hugely important for me to get a perfect sleep habit nailed.

        What help do you need from us?
        You know, LSE2.0 is coming from natural motivation. It’s the sleep schedule and habits that I’m having to force. I would REALLY appreciate it if each and every day someone helped me remain accountable by asking me, directly, what time I went to bed, what I did for a solid night’s sleep and what worked well. I’d really appreciate that.

        Looking forward to reading other’s MMM. If the thread ever isn’t started by Monday (for instance today I’m posting it late on Tuesday), any of you feel free to kick off a MMM for the week! ❤️

            #1 Promotion

            #2 Go to Mongolia, my home country

            #3 Develop better habits to improve my physical health (getting consistent good sleep, eating healthy, and running/walking daily)

            -What progress did you make on those goals last week?

            Worked on complex projects at work. Asked for help from others when I’m stuck. Regarding #2, we have made some progress on the papers. Plus, even though I can’t go to Mongolia RN, I’ve been hanging out with my Mongolian girlfriends.

            • What SPECIFIC, TANGIBLE RESULTS are you aiming for in those goals in the next 6 days?

            I’d like to mainly focus on my work and be productive at work. That’d mean beating 90-100% performance metrics on a weekly basis.

            • What is your largest opportunity this week? (Make sure you distinguish “opportunity” from things you “could” do.)

            Not sure about this one.

            • Name ONE (and ONLY ONE) thing you would like to do better than you did last week?

            Be more assertive and trusting to myself when it comes to working on complex projects.

            • What help do you need from us? Accountability ? Brainstorming? Advice? Quality listening while you think things out for yourself? An introduction?

            Maybe advice on career growth.
